# Send

> Move tokens between your Vault and wallets, or out of Sonar to any address.

Every source can send out of Sonar to any address. Sending between your own Vault and wallets depends on where you start.

| Send from | Vault | Wallets | Address |
| - | - | - | - |
| Vault | | ✓ | ✓ |
| Wallet | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Group | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |

**1. Pick The Chain**

The chain the tokens are on.

**2. Pick The Token And Amount**

Type an amount or use 25%, 50% or Max. Under the amount you see where it comes from: your Vault, a wallet or a group. Only free balance can be sent: tokens set aside for strategies stay put.

**3. Choose Where It Goes**

Vault, Wallets or Address, depending on where you send from. Pick the wallet, or paste the address. Save addresses you use often to your Address Book.
