Core DCA runs on a schedule you set. Choose the number of orders and the interval between them. Your committed balance is divided evenly, and one order executes each interval until it’s complete.

The order schedule in the Sonar app: the amount split into equal orders.

When To Use It

Good For

  • Predictable, steady buying or selling
  • A planned treasury exit, where timing matters more than reacting to the market

Watch Out For

  • It trades even into a weak market
  • Steady timing can become easy to spot.

How It Works

Plan one here: set the size, the number of orders and the interval.
Randomizer
Varies each order’s size and the time between orders, so there’s no clean pattern to spot. The total stays the same.

FAQ

Right away. The last order lands after (orders − 1) × interval.
No. It varies each order’s size and timing, but the total stays the same.
A limit isn’t met. That isn’t an error: the strategy keeps watching and resumes on its own when the condition is met again.
Yes. A slow DCA for a steady baseline plus a Volume sell for busy moments is a common pair.

Manage Strategies

Run several strategies on the same token, each with its own rules and balance.

Fees And Limits

Each chain has a minimum trade value. Smaller trades wait until they add up.
